The total investment amounts to €6.8 million. As a family, we are bearing the lion's share of the costs ourselves in the traditional manner. We are raising €1.5 million for the first time through a public bond issue. After all, why should only banks profit when the Übergossene Alm has always been a place supported and shaped by people?

The project in detail
The centerpiece is a 25-meter infinity pool with a view of the Hochkönig mountain. An experience that immediately evokes a feeling of freedom and nature.
The indoor area will feature a family pool with a children's slide and a whirlpool with views of the surrounding mountains. The project is complemented by two new relaxation areas that strike a harmonious balance between exercise and rest.
This creates space – for families as well as for those seeking peace and quiet.
