Authenticity and sustainably produced regional foods are at the heart of the cuisine served by the Übergossene Alm Resort. Our head chef Christian Herzog has been making sure of that. Where once, according to legend, the dairymaids laid a cheese pathway, he creates wonderful dishes from tender young Pinzgau beef. And as recounted in the legend, the smell of fresh bread and hand-picked berries still wafts from his kitchen, oriented on healthy cuisine.
