Our spring water comes directly from the vicinity from subterranean reservoirs protected against any contaminants and thus also shows just how important regionality for your culinary holidays in Austria is to us. A natural filtration process releases mineral salts and trace elements from the rock and gives the water its natural effect, which goes perfectly with our sustainable food here at Übergossene Alm.
