Spa etiquette in our wellness hotel

So that we can tailor your Spa treatments exactly to your requirements, please inform us about any health problems you may have when you make your appointments. We will be pleased to personally advise expectant mothers about special types of treatments.

Please wear swimwear and bathing shoes in the pool area. Please take care that you do not wear clothes in the sauna area for hygienic reasons. Should you not feel comfortable with this, you are welcome to use a towel instead of your bath clothes.
Please wear a bath robe when you come for your treatment. To ensure privacy, we will provide covering for you during treatment. Please wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes in our training area.

Please make your reservations for treatment early and before you arrive at our hotel, so that we can give you your preferred appointment dates.
In order to enjoy the full treatment duration, please register at our SPA reception around 5 minutes before the treatment starts. Out of consideration for the guests arriving for treatment after you, please understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, we will have to shorten its duration.
There will be no additional costs for cancellations up to 24 hours before the treatment starts. In case you cancel your treatment at short notice, we will charge the full price.

The sauna village is a place of calm and relaxation. We hope you'll understand that children under the age of 14 are not admitted. In addition to the indoor pool, children and teenagers can use the family sauna, and there are special "Kids and Teens" treatments in the Hochkönig SPA.

Our Hochkönig Spa with its relaxation rooms is a phone free zone. Please refrain from speaking on the phone and enjoy the moment.  

Please do not reserve the rest loungers. There is also a spacious area with numerous loungers in the Sun Alm on the top floor of the Hochkönig SPA.
