* Prices are per person in Euro. In addition, a local tax of €2.50 per adult per night, including mobility tax, is charged for adults and young people aged 15 and over, as well as a Hochkönig infrastructure contribution of €4.00 per adult per night and for young people aged 15 and over, and €2.00 per child per night for children aged 7 and over

Our cancellation protection amounts 2.5% of the total lodging costs and covers against all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or other serious personalmatters concerning the persons who have made areservation, the children, siblings, parents or grandparents. Read our conditions here.

Your feel-good Alm holiday starts on the day of arrival as from 3.00 p.m. with an Alm snack and ends on the day of departure with breakfast until 11.00 a.m.

LATE-CHECK-OUT WITHOUT ROOM

Would you prefer to leave later on the day of departure, so you can take the opportunity to use our saunas again? You are welcome to use all our hotel facilities for an extra charge of € 75.00 per room, as well as a hearty Alm snack consisting of soup, a warm dish, salad and cake, plus juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea from the buffet.

LATE-CHECK-OUT WITH ROOM

Depending upon availability, we can keep your room reserved until 5 p.m., so that you have another opportunity of using all the amenities again. The extra charge for this is € 150.00 per room, including use of all the hotel facilities as well as a hearty Alm snack consisting of soup, a warm dish, salad and cake, plus juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea from the buffet.

• Dogs are welcome, but only after a request and an ongoing confirmation from the reception. (Please be aware, that we can only accommodate a certain number of dogs within the same period)
• A fee of € 30.00 per day is charged for each dog, food not included.
• You can take your dog everywhere, except into the restaurant and wellness area and in our sunbathing areas. 
• Please note, that there is a mandatory use of dog leashes in the whole garden area, on the sun terrace an within the whole hotel area.
• A special dog bed (Brand: DOGSTYLER®) and a planket is prepared for your dog in your room. Please make sure to not allow your dog to sleep in your bed, on chairs or on the couch.
• If your room will be heavily pollouted, we reserve our´s right to charge a final fee for cleaning (min. € 150,00 per room up to the actual arising expenses).
