The exciting meadow play area at the Übergossene Alm is designed with sustainability in mind, blending into its natural surroundings. Located directly at the hotel, this children's paradise covers more than 2,000 m2, ending at the natural bathing pond at the lower end. The underlying idea can be seen in the details, based on natural principles: Natural phenomena are taken up in different play and motion elements and experienced in a playful manner. A natural environment stimulates the children's creativity and ingenuity, since only a few elements are predefined. The children have plenty of scope to make their own discoveries and experiment.
WATER GAMES
A small waterfall flows at the upper part of the Alm play area, running into a small glacier stream, whose course can be set by the children themselves. A water wheel, different water channels and sound boxes along the stream stimulate our young guests' musical sensibilities.
Almdorf
There's also a small village with three huts to be explored, complete with slides, Alpine sound boxes, a play kitchen and a complete wood workshop. The children's paradise is rounded off with an Alpine meadow play pond fed by the glacier stream, with tree trunks to balance on and climbing nets.
SWINGING, BOUNCING, CRAFTING
The kids can run around to their heart's content in the exercise area directly adjacent. The various movement elements include a nest swing, a trampoline and the Almtrail movement course.
