MEASURES IN THE SAUNA & SPA AREA

  • Saunadörfl

All saunas including steam baths are looking forward to welcoming guests. As in all other areas of the hotel, a minimum distance of 1m applies.
We recommend to use our steam baths alone or exclusively with members of your household.

The Sonnalm relaxation rooms and 'Raum der Sinne' will be aired on a regular basis, likewise, in the lounger area, the relevant minimum distance between other people is to be maintained. So this season you have even more space for yourself.

  • Hochkönig Spa

Massages & treatments will take place as usual. Our SPA team members are wearing FFP2-masks and have received the best training in this matter.

Treatments will be organised in a way that allows time for treatment rooms to be disinfected and aired between treatments.

CATERING MEASURES

We can offer our guests plenty of space in our 6 areas/dining rooms. In addition, plexiglass panes are installed where necessary.

Meal and drinks menu cards are disinfected on a regular basis, as well as  frequently touched objects  (door and window handles, table surfaces, etc.)

All our service staff wears FFP2-masks.

Due to state government regulations, our hotel bar is only open until 11:00 pm at the moment.

CHILD SUPERVISION PROVISIONS

We make sure that the indoor play areas are safe with regular airing and disinfecting as per our hygiene standards.  Our trained child supervisors work together with our house-keeping team to ensure that provisions are implemented in children's areas.

By allocating specific stations we ensure that children only play and run around in small groups.

You and your children can of course make use of the interior of the Kinderalm without availing of supervision. FFP2 masks are compulsory for all adults from 14 years. Children from 6-13 have to wear a regular face mask. A limited number of adults are allowed to access the respective areas at any one time.

PROVISIONS FOR SPORTS AND ACTIVITY PROGRAMMES

  • Please keep a distance of 1m to other guests.
  • Please wear a FFP2-mask until you are at your training device.
  • Courses, activities & hikes with our guides take place in smaller groups and in compliance with the spacing rules (possibly limiting the number of participants).
  • For activities outside the hotel premises, please take your FFP2 mask as well as "2G" documentation (recovered, vaccinated) with you.
