You would like to leave later and you will relax in Hochkönig´s SPA with 8 different saunas?
We charge € 20,- per adult than you can use the whole hotel area and the hearty hill-country snacks with soup, two warm dishes, salad and cakes available from
1 – 5 p.m., including juices, soda, coffee and tea from buffet.
Late-Check-Out with room:
If your room is available, you can keep it till 6 p.m. - so you can use the whole hotel area perfectly. Therefore we charge € 40,- per adult including the room, Hochkönig´s SPA with 8 different saunas and the hearty hill-country snacks with soup, two warm dishes, salad and cakes available from 1 – 5 p.m., including juices, soda, coffee and tea from buffet.
Included additional services without surcharge
You can make use of the following free additional services during your summer holiday at the 4*superior Hotel Übergossene Alm:
- 5 guided hiking tours per week.
- Nordic walking.
- Dew walking – in the fresh morning grass your body and spirit are awakened.
- Kneipping – start your day fresh with kneipp treatments.
- Water marching – a foot reflexology massage with mountain water.
- The path of the 10 thoughts with Qi-Gong practices.
- Fitness for the spine and back programme.
- Mountain biking.
During the winter season the following additional services are yours to make use of as guest at the Alpinresort & Spa die Übergossene Alm in Dienten:
- Extensive programme for non-skiers with winter hiking tours, snowshoe hikes, torch hikes or lantern hikes to the Lärch chalet with refreshments.
- Fun tobogganing evening.
- Indoor tennis and gym included.
- Vitality fitness and relaxation exercises.
Reduced rates for children
Childcare:
The free childcare is available for all children from the age of 4 from Monday until Friday. Qualified child minders provide an entertaining programme at the hotel and in the fresh air for 8 hours daily.
Every Sunday the Alm-kid’s week is started at 7pm at the group children’s dinner at the children’s table.
Family holidays at the family hotel Übergossene Alm mean:

Dogs
Your dog will like a holiday at the
die Hotel Übergossene Alm! And your dog is a welcome guest at the hotel in this idyllic natural location – everywhere apart from the restaurant and the spa area. For dogs the Alpinresort & Spa charges €15,- per day excluding food.

Deposit and Cancellation conditions:
To secure your booking we ask for a deposit of €250,- / room.
Cancellation conditions:
4 weeks prior to arrival (21-28 days)
Free cancellation
3 weeks prior to arrival (14-21 days)
The deposit will be kept. Should you wish to come within the same season on alternative dates your deposit is still valid. If no alternative dates are booked, the deposit is kept as cancellation fee.
2 weeks prior to arrival (7-14 days)

1 week prior to arrival (1-7 days)
Three nights without all included Alpine Pamper Package will be charged.
