Travelling by car from Salzburg
From Salzburg drive on the Tauernautobahn A10 until you reach the Bischofshofen exit. Then continue towards Mühlbach until you reach Dienten at Hochkönig.

On the Autobahn A8 from Munich – Salzburg. Then take the exit signposted Siegsdort and continue driving on the A-road towards Inzell – Lofer – Saalfelden – Maria Alm – until you reach Dienten at Hochkönig.
PLEASE NOTE: During the closure of the A-road between Lend and Dienten the toll-free route is your only option to reach Hotel Übergossene Alm. Look-out for Alm-news for traffic updates or call the hotel for more information.
For journeys from the neighboring countries of Germany, Italy or Slovenia using the route planner is recommended.
