In the event you have to cancel, you will not be charged any penalty up to four weeks (21-28 days) prior to arrival; if you should cancel between 14 and 21 days before arrival, we wil retain your deposit - however, if you happen to stay with us later in the season, this cancellation charge will be applied to your payment. If you do not stay with us, however, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation penalty. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty; if you cancel between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for 3 nights accommodation excl. meals etc.
Austrian Federal Hotel Guidelines will apply in all other instances.
